Symptoms
The following log files are located in the %ProgramFiles%\2Pint Software\StifleR\Client folder:

DeliveryOptimizationTelemetry.log

StoreTelemetry.log

Windowsupdateclient.log

WindowsUpdateTelemetry.log

The files are growing quite large, do not roll over and there are no .lo_ files.

Cause
In this first 1.9 release there is a configuration file setting that enabled this extra logging.

Solution
The following configuration key should be set to “0” in order to turn off this logging:

    <add key="EnableDebugTelemetry" value="0" />

This is found in theStifleR.ClientApp.exe.config file.

In future releases this key will be set to “0” at installation and also the log file will respect maximum size limits. roll over and delete.
